A position has become available for a hardworking and talented teacher to take on a TLR role within the MFL department. The successful applicant will be accountable for continuous improvement in Modern Foreign Languages leading the curriculum at KS3. The strategic organisation and coordination of MFL trips offering will also form a key part of the role. They will also support the Assistant Principal in providing inspirational, innovative and motivational leadership for the MFL team.
This role would suit someone who has a proven track record monitoring student progress and knowledge of new specifications. With a flexible approach, the ideal candidate will have proven their abilities across all keys stages and will have an ability to teach and lead in the MFL Department. They will also have demonstrated their success in leading an international trip.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and inspiring subject specialist with exceptional communication and management skills.
