Little Heath School is a secondary special school for pupils aged 11-19 with learning difficulties and complex needs (over 50% are on the autistic spectrum) located in pleasant leafy surroundings on the edge of the London Borough of Redbridge.

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic individual to lead our Key Stage 3 phase. The successful candidates will have responsibility for leading and managing a department of teaching and non-teaching staff and will be responsible for creating and cultivating a self-sustaining and confident team.  Current teaching and other responsibilities may be adapted to support the development of the role.
