The SABDEN Multi Academy Trust provides specialised education to young people with complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH). We are three special schools, a secure unit, a large countywide alternative provision and one of five teaching schools within East Sussex.

We strive to discover success through learning, self-belief and achievement.  Pupils are empowered to take responsibility through a personalised curriculum supported by secure systems.

We are looking for dedicated practitioners to join our expanding service.  We are committed to professional development and have strong induction, NQT and unqualified teacher programmes.

College Central (Alternative Provision) seeks an outstanding teacher to take the lead role at KS3 at our main site in Eastbourne, with occassional working at our Hastings and Bexhill sites too. We are looking for a dynamic teacher with experience of mainstream or special who can lead a culture of high expectations, positive relationships and strong academic progress. The role requires leadership of a small team and ensuring the KS3 provision embodies the whole school vision. It is a good opportunity for someone either looking for their first middle leadership role or looking to develop in the exciting world of alternative provision.
