Do you want to be driven by a sense of moral purpose rather than data? Do you want high quality professional development and support? Do you want to teach small classes where getting to know the children really well is a priority and a pleasure? Do you want to work with highly supportive colleagues who share your values and ethos? Do you want to work in an organisation that supports career progression and has opportunities beyond your own school? Do you want to be involved in educational research and development? Do you want to work in an organisation with a national reputation for excellence in its field?
If the answer to these questions is yes, then why not come and work for an organisation who truly believes that there is another way?

Springwell Learning Community requires a Teacher of Key Stage 4 to work as Lead Teacher within the Alternative Academy. This position would suit a teacher with a proven track record of highly effective practice who wishes to embrace the challenge of working in one of our key stage 4 dispersed settings (formerly pupil referral units). The ability to work positively with young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties is essential.
