We are looking to recruit an ‘A’ level teaching professional who is truly passionate about teaching Maths. We are looking for someone who wants to inspire, who is committed to developing students, someone who is excited by learning and is highly motivated; driven by the desire to deliver outstanding Teaching and Learning.

As standard, we offer ongoing Continuous Professional Development covering all aspects of teaching, learning and leadership, preparing you for the next phase of your career.

Our weekly CPD sessions are focused on constant Teaching & Learning improvement, with regular features such as Raising Standards, Bespoke Data Training, Whole School Strategies and Revision Training.

CPD and staff welfare are paramount here at The MFG and we understand the importance of ensuring that our entire team are both supported and developed professionally.

We also have our fantastic Wellbeing Centre, based on the school grounds, for both staff & students to access. The Wellbeing Team includes our Senior Safeguarding Manager who works alongside our trained Counsellor to provide high quality and skilled personalised support for staff & students.

We are confident that new teachers joining our school will feel welcomed from the moment they start their journey with us and we absolutely encourage prospective applicants to visit school prior to applying. This is a truly exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their teaching career within a small but very ambitious Multi-Academy Trust.
