Key Stage Lead for Business Studies 

Salary: Ark MPS (£24,982 – £36,870) + TLR 2A £2,796

The Role 

As a Key Stage Lead, you will develop, lead and manage the effective delivery of an outstanding curriculum, which enables the highest level of student progress and attainment in Business. You will lead a professional community of teachers and promote outstanding teaching and learning and a strong school culture within a nurturing and rigorous environment.   

Responsibilities   

You will be responsible in assisting the Director of Mathematics and Business, in monitoring, evaluating and continually improving the quality of planning, teaching and learning and assessment of all members of the Business team. You will design, oversee, monitor and evaluate an engaging and challenging curriculum that inspires children and develops their skills and subject knowledge.  

The Individual 

You are someone who understands the difference a great education can make to pupils lives as you are a great role model for not only them but other teachers too. You must be educated to degree level or above and have experience in delivering consistently outstanding lessons to pupils of all ages and abilities. You will need to be a great team player and leader with a resilient character and strong personal drive.
