Job overview

We are seeking to recruit a Key Stage Leader who has the drive and commitment to ensure our students make the best progress possible.  The role will entail leading a dedicated team of teachers and teaching assistants, as well as having a class responsibility. We welcome candidates with the suitable experience, motivation and commitment to apply for the role. 

Isebrook SEN College is a successful specialist setting for students aged 11-18 with a broad spectrum of special educational needs and learning disabilities. 

Candidates with suitable experience, motivation and commitment have the opportunity to apply for the role of a Key Stage Leader. The position carries a 0.6 class teaching commitment and 0.4 management time. As a growing Academy Trust we are looking for Good and Outstanding teachers, who have experience of working with young people who may have severe or complex learning difficulties, social and communication learning needs and /or ASD and associated behaviours. 

The ideal candidates will play a key role in the development of an area of the curriculum and in improving learning and teaching across the college.
