Due to the school’s expansion: King’s College School welcomes expressions of interest from teachers who would like to play an integral role in shaping the future of our school.
In September 2020 the school opened a newly refurbished second site a stone’s throw from our existing, purpose built, campus. Our new facility primarily houses students from Pre-Nursery to the end of Key Stage One. This, in turn, has led to an increase in capacity across our full age range and we expect to continue to grow in the next academic year due to the extensive waiting lists we have in almost every year.
King’s College School is ‘Excellent’ in all areas. Our strengths are the excellent academic outcomes we achieve for all our students; our implementation of the High Performance Learning Framework and our relentless focus on student and staff wellbeing. In the last 12 months we: secured our 3rd consecutive ‘Excellent’ inspection rating; became an accredited ‘World Class School’; opened our new Infant Campus and secured an incredible 72% 7 and above / A and above in our first GCSE entry.
