Casvi International American School was founded to carry on the work of Colegio Internacional Pinosierra (founded in 1953) while at the same time transforming and enhancing its education system, and adapting it to the times that our students are going to live in.

Our mission is to educate our students and train them to acquire not just knowledge, but also the values that will allow them to develop personally, intellectually, and professionally into examples of a better future society.

We have started the authorisation process as American School, and we already hold the status of Candidate School for three IB progammes: PYP, MYP & DP.

Job purpose:

We are currently developing a recruitment process for fluent english teachers (preferable American with Curriculum experience). The ideal candidate will be a creative and passionate about helping students become active in their own learning and will have the confidence and commitment to plan and teach inspiring lessons and take control of their classes. Candidates must have experience teaching the Common Core and/or the IBPYP Curriculum.

Candidates with the following requisites will be highly welcome:

• Graduated from university.
• Certified in either the United States or Canada.
• 1 - 2 years spent teaching in a school in the United Staes, Canada,UK,Ireland,New Zealand of Australia
• Passing performance on the ETS Praxis or National Teacher Exam.
