We require an energetic and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistants to clean dishes, keep the kitchen spotless and help the chefs with prep work. The successful will be based within our catering team and working along with the Catering Manager. You will support the Catering Manager and members of the catering team in the delivery of high quality catering services across both sides by managing the day to day operation of catering areas and staff, taking responsibility for Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations, maintaining adequate levels of consumable and non-consumable stocks, and by deputising in the absence of the Catering Manager.
