An opportunity has arisen to join the Hospitality and Catering Academy at our Merton Campus. We are seeking applicants who have experience of working in a fast pace Hospitality & Catering Department and busy commercial environment within an FE College. 

The post holder will be responsible for the ordering, receiving, documentation and storage of goods along with the allocation of food and drink supplies to the training and production kitchens. The post holder will also be responsible for maintaining the departments Health, Safety and Food Hygiene commitments and appropriate documentation.

We are looking for enthusiastic and creative people who have the ability to support learners and work as part of a high performing team. Applicants must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the needs of our student and corporate partners.
