Job overview
Kensington Park School is seeking to expand our popular summer school teaching team.
We require fun and inspiring teachers for our Medicine summer pathway. Students are aged 14-17 and reside at our boarding residence. There are no evening or weekend commitments for this post. Successful candidates will be offered either two, four or six-week fixed-term contracts.
The dates for our courses will be:
3rd-14th July
17th-28th July
31st-11th August
Each day will involve teaching face-to-face lessons at our school Kensington from our pre-set syllabus, except from Wednesdays which will be a full day of activities in London visiting businesses, museums and universities with the students.
The timings of your day for each two week course are:
Week 1:
Mon, Tue, Thur Fri 09:30-14:35 (with breaks and an hour for lunch)
Wed 09:00-17:00
Week 2:
Mon, Tue, Thur 11:40-16:45 (with breaks and an hour for lunch)
Wed 09:00-17:00
Fri 09:30-16:15 (student showcase day)
This position is non-residential but we do have a few spaces available in our boarding house if you require a place.
