The collective ambition at Christ Church Upper Armley C of E Primary is that every child is given the opportunity to grow academically, socially and creatively, leaving primary school as the very best version of themselves, ready to take on the excitement of secondary school. With this in mind, Abbey Multi-Academy Trust wish to appoint a well-qualified and talented professional to join the school and leadership team from September 2018 as a KS1/KS2 Class Teacher.

Christ Church Upper Armley C of E Primary is a one-form entry 4 – 11 primary school situated in West Leeds and is due to join Abbey Multi-Academy Trust (Abbey MAT) in September 2018.  Abbey MAT is a developing local Trust of seven academies (three secondary, four primary). 

We are looking for someone who is:

• An inspirational teacher with high expectations of pupil attainment, behaviour and wellbeing
• A highly motivated and hard-working person with the capacity to contribute to the on-going development of the school
• A team-player who can develop positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Someone who will support the Christian ethos of the school
• An interest in leading a subject area would be desirable though not essential
