An opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled, dedicated teacher to take responsibility for a class at the Preparatory School from January 2018.  The position offers the chance to teach a wide range of curriculum subjects whilst enjoying the support of specialist staff.  The successful candidate will be skilled to teach at both KS1 and KS2 and will have day to day responsibility for their own class, including the pastoral and academic welfare of pupils.  A willingness to contribute to the sporting/extracurricular life of the school is an essential requirement.

Kimbolton School was founded in 1600 and is set amongst 120 acres of stunning grounds of Kimbolton Castle, in the West Huntingdon town of Kimbolton. The School currently educates almost 1,100 children aged 4-18 in a co-educational, predominantly day environment, although there are approximately 45 boarders. The Senior School is located around Kimbolton Castle while the Preparatory School is housed to the west of the village on the original Grammar School site. The School employs approximately 350 staff and also owns a subsidiary company, Kimbolton School Enterprises, which transacts all non-charitable trading activity.
