Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Key Stage One (KS1) Teacher to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in a local primary school in Newcastle upon Tyne.   

The Key Stage One (KS1) Teacher role will be based at a successful primary school, which has an excellent reputation in the local community. There is a positive and welcoming ethos which engages pupils and encourages them to learn. The successful applicant will be required to work full time hours starting as soon as possible.  

The desired Key Stage One (KS1) Teacher will be supported by an outstanding and passionate management team, and will work alongside some excellent practitioners, who put children at the heart of everything they do. This Key Stage One (KS1) Teacher must have experience of working within and be comfortable in a Year 1 classroom. An ICT specialism would be desirable but not necessary.  

To be considered for the position of Key Stage One (KS1) Teacher you must:

  • Have experience teaching primary education at Key Stage One (KS1)
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Primary Teachers
  • Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring      lessons
