KS2 Class Teacher

The children, staff and governors are seeking to appoint experienced class teacher or NQT to join our friendly, hardworking team.   The successful candidate should be enthusiastic and have a sense of humour.

The school is a two form entry primary with a Nursery.  In addition we have a KS2 Inclusion class (8 places MLD/ASD), which is linked to the local Special School – Kennel Lane.  The school is well resourced and has extensive outside space. There are currently 442 children on roll.

Birch Hill Primary was judged Good in our last Ofsted report (March 2016), it states: ‘"The children feel safe at school.  They work and play happily together, appreciating and celebrating one another’s differences."

The school is located in the Birch Hill estate which is on the outskirts of Bracknell town and is within very easy access of many amenities.  The 'Look Out’ environmental area, Bracknell Sports Centre and Swimming Pool, the Berkshire Racquets and Health Club, the South Hill Park Theatre & Arts Centre are all well within walking distance with skating, skiing, bowling, cinemas and a leisure pool nearby.
