KS2 Class Teacher

At Queen Eleanor Primary Academy, we are highly committed to our vision of excellence for all members of our school community. We are looking to appoint a reflective and professional classroom teacher to join our talented and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 team for September 2022.

• Engage and challenge all pupils, by providing them with relevant, resourceful and enriching learning opportunities across the curriculum.

• Work flexibly as part of a team, challenge, encourage and motivate others and collaborate to help the school make progress towards its goals.

• Engage with the school community, building strong working relationships with parents and working effectively with local governors, CET directors and other professionals.

Queen Eleanor Primary Academy has served the community of Far Cotton since 1952. It is situated on the edge of the local recreation ground, just a short walk from Delapre Abbey. The school converted to an academy in September 2013, sponsored by Creative Education Trust. There are currently 230 pupils in the school, approximately 27% of whom are eligible for free school meals. Over half of the children speak English as an additional language. The school is a vibrant community where excellence, diversity and creativity are routinely celebrated. Visits to the school are highly recommended.
