The role 

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and talented teacher to join the Key Stage 2 team. You should have a strong commitment to bridging attainment gaps through a variety of formative and summative techniques. They should have excellent knowledge of the current curriculum and would be expected to have strong literacy and numeracy skills. You will be a strong communicator who is a nurturing, patient, and positive individual.

Requirements 

To be considered for the Teaching position, you will need as a minimum: 

• A UK recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or BA with QTS)

• Be able to manage classroom behaviour and have a strong presence 

• Able to assess effectively to ensure pupils achieve the highest possible standards, feeding back outcomes to SLT and parents if needed. 

• Be able to adapt to different routines daily.

• Have experience of the national curriculum, phonics, and an educational setting.

• Be flexible and creative when supporting teaching.

• Be able to work between the hours of 8:30 until 15:30 Mon-Fri.
