Job overview

We are working with a large, 3-form entry Primary School based near Saltley, Birmingham, as they look to recruit both a Y4 and Y5 teacher for cover for the remainder of the academic year.

The School is looking to add two excellent KS2 Teachers with a proven track record of success in a similar role to the teaching team as soon as possible until the end of the current academic year, however they are willing to wait to make the right appointment.

We are keen to hear from ambitious and creative teachers who can help create a stimulating learning environment. In applying for this role, you must be confident in your ability to quickly settle into the new role and make an immediate impact.

The School has improved significantly in recent years and was rated ‘Good’ in the most recent Ofsted inspection (December 2016).

To be considered for this particular role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

· Be eligible to work in the UK (must have a valid visa) 

· Must hold relevant teaching qualifications (Bachelor of Education / PGCE) 

· Have previous experience teaching the UK curriculum 

· Have recent classroom experience as teacher in the UK (essential)

· Be confident in using ICT in their professional role 

· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

· Possess valid references, DBS/police checks
