A large primary school in Tyseley, Birmingham are recruiting for a part time Year 3 teacher to join their team. The position will be starting in September 2019 and will continue for a minimum of 1 term on a job share contract.

The school itself is a large primary school which is rapidly improving following a recent Ofsted inspection with pupil academic and attainment levels reflecting this. The school is part of a rich and diverse community and caters for a broad range of pupils, including a high number of EAL students.  

The Head is looking to recruit a creative and engaging teacher who can quickly build good, professional relationships. You must be able to work well as part of a team and you will be required to liaise effectively with the relevant phase leaders. You will have a calm and approachable manner and you demonstrate a good understanding of the KS2 curriculum. 

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment. All staff will be required to attend a face to face interview and go through our clearance process which includes background checks such as prohibition from teaching.
