You will be responsible for supporting and implementing key projects including year 7 catch up initiatives. This post will also involve supporting students within lessons as well as developing personalized strategies to motivate students and support them in overcoming any barriers to their academic success.
So - can you motivate and inspire young people? Are you an excellent communicator who can work on your own initiative to develop relationships with teachers, families and students in order to help them improve their exam results? If so, we would love to hear from you.
