An opportunity to really make a difference, in this key school role you will deliver outstanding alternative provision for our Key Stage 3 pupils.You will be crucial to assisting pupils to reintegrate back into mainstream lessons, enabling their learning via careful work, care and support programmes established through the guidance of the alternate provision manager.
You will plan and prepare resources for you and staff to use to improve outcomes for pupils, plus organise timetables as required. As Coordinator, you will work collaboratively across the Alternate Provision Team, leading the team KS3 provision via meetings, and ensuring accurate record keeping and SMART targets are developed to track pupil progress. Our support is provided both onsite and externally, where you will organise and deliver the provision of twilight education for pupils accessing the curriculum out of main school hours.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, together with a solid understanding of the relevant policies/codes of practice and legislation, are essential to your success in this role.
