ABC Teachers are looking for a teacher of KS3 and KS4 Geography with the ability to teach History and Philosophy at KS3.This is a long term supply for a maternity cover and starts September 2018 and lasts for two terms.
The school is based in Solihull and this is a rewarding and exciting role for the right candidate. We are looking for teachers who have strong classroom management and are able to challenge pupils to achieve results to the best of their ability.

About the Role:
· Responsible for monitoring progress in Geography at KS3 and KS4 and History and Philosophy at KS3.
· Attending departmental meetings.
· Attending parent’s evenings as required.
· Ensure adequate provision for students of all abilities.
· This is a long term supply role.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:
· Be eligible to work in the UK (must have a valid visa)
· Must hold relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE / QTS /Bachelor of Education)
· Have previous experience teaching the UK curriculum
· Have recent classroom experience as teacher in the UK (essential)
· Be confident in using ICT in their professional role
· Have excellent communication skills
· Possess valid references, DBS/police checks
