Vision for Education are looking to appoint TWO Classroom Assistants into a large Secondary School in Warrington.
Both Teaching Assistants will be responsible for general support with pupils who require additional support in the classroom.
Commences April 23rd for one full term on a supply basis.
•Have experience working 1:1 and within the classroom with children, and carrying out high quality interventions across the ability range;
•Good, basic literacy and maths skills grade A-C GCSE or equivalent;
•Be confident to adapt learning to meet the needs of the child both academically and emotionally;
•Have a natural rapport with children which enables you to respond to their needs intuitively and sensitively;
•Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative and able to use their initiative;
•Be committed to working as part of a team and have good interpersonal skills;
•Have an understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding processes;
•Be organised, efficient and professional in their approach;
•Be caring, understanding and patient;
•Evidence of having a positive impact on children's learning.
