Deira International School (DIS) is a dynamic high-performing British Curriculum School in Dubai Festival City.
Due to expansion, we have an immediate vacancy for A KS3/KS4 English Teacher.
The successful candidate should be positive, enthusiastic and creative in their approach and will be required to teach Year 7 – year 11 classes, working as a part of a team to deliver the curriculum with additional pastoral care responsibilities.
Qualifications /Experience Required
- Relevant British teaching qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years’ recent experience teaching English in KS3 and KS4.
- A good working knowledge of the latest UK Practice.
- Be flexible and adaptable.
- Collaborate with Key Stage Leaders.
- Have the ability to confidently utilise AFL Strategies and a variety of tasks to enhance learning.
- Be proficient in ICT.
