KS4 Functional Skills Teacher

We are seeking to appoint a talented, committed and highly-motivated individual to the post of KS4 Class Teacher. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to the aims, values and ethos of the our school and have a proven track record of delivering excellent outcomes for young people in a relevant setting.  We are Ofsted rated good in all areas (July 2015) and offer a welcoming and calm ethos where all children are given the opportunity to achieve their best.   The position will involve teaching functional skills (English & Maths) to a small mixed age KS4 class and supporting the delivery of other subjects across the curriculum

Has outstanding behaviour management techniques

Can engage with our children and make a difference in turning their lives around

Can deliver engaging lessons to meet the needs of differing ages and abilities

Is committed to their own personal development.
