Job overview

We are looking for a suitable candidate to support students at Key Stage 4. You would be required to offer specialist advice and support for statemented and EHCP students moving into Key Stage 4 and commencing GCSE’s.

You would also be required to contact and meet parents on a regular basis and adapt a range of learning resources to meet the needs of students in need of support at Key Stage 4.

The specialist would be also able to demonstrate a link between support provided and positive outcomes for students. The specialist would also offer and deliver a range of support interventions before school, during lunchtime and after school. You would also be required to liaise with external agencies to ensure that effective external support is provided for students with high needs, an ASD Diagnosis and have experience of supporting students with a range of physical and learning disabilities.
