Salary: £26,380-£39,413 per annum
The JCB Academy was established in September 2010, the first of a brand new kind of school in the UK, with a focus on delivering high-quality engineering and business education.
Since opening we have been consistently successful - our first Ofsted inspection, in May 2014, recognised us as a “Good” school with “outstanding” features, including progress in mathematics, engineering and vocational courses and the dedication to keeping students safe and secure. Pupil numbers are growing - we have been oversubscribed every year, including for entry this September. Currently we cater for approximately 580 full time students aged 14-18 as well as approximately 300 students aged 16+ following apprenticeships.
We have exciting plans to expand further due to the demand for places. We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational individual to deliver on a range practical and vocational KS5 engineering modules.
The successful individual will:

About The JCB Academy

Learner numbers are growing and we have been oversubscribed every year. Currently we cater for approximately 700 full time learners aged 13-19 as well as approximately 300 learners aged 16+ following apprenticeships.
The academy is located in Rocester, Staffordshire in an adapted and renovated mill, built by the famous industrial entrepreneur and engineer, Richard Arkwright, in the late 18th century.
