Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a LAMDA teacher to join our dynamic Drama department.  There is a tradition of high quality dramatic production at the school, an innovative curriculum, and a wealth of co-curricular opportunities to widen participation in drama and develop individual talents.  This post offers the opportunity to work with enthusiastic and creative students, delivering coaching in pairs during lunchtime and afterschool sessions.  

Applicants will be graduates, with experience of teaching verse, prose and acting.  Knowledge of and experience with LAMDA qualifications is essential.  The work requires energy, imagination and commitment, plus the flexibility to work variable hours during term time.  Good administrative and organisational skills would be an asset.

St Paul’s Girls’ School is one of the country’s leading independent secondary day schools for girls aged 11-18.  Housed in a grade II listed buildings on Brook Green, close to Hammersmith, the school provides excellent teaching and learning facilities and is easily accessed by public transport (zone 2).
