About the Role

Braeburn School is a member of CIS, COBIS, AISA and the Independent Association of Preparatory Schools (IAPS). The IAPS circuit in Kenya prides itself on collaboration and high standards in expressive arts and sports events in particular. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding specialist to join a highly successful and prominent IAPS and BSO school in East Africa, teaching well-motivated children in a truly international environment of over 80 nationalities. We are looking to you to take Languages teaching and learning in our school to new heights, building on a good foundation to a place where the aptitudes and talents of our pupils flourish linguistically.  

The post has extra-curricular responsibilities and you will play a major role in the all round growth and development of your pupils. You will have the opportunity and support to challenge your pupils, to set ambitious targets for them and to seek out and implement innovative teaching practices to enhance your pupils’ experiences and outcomes. 

You will work with like-minded colleagues to work together to continue raising the bar and contribute to our culture of continuous and ambitious progress for our pupils, ourselves and our colleagues.
