LATIN TEACHER  P/T (3 hours per week on Saturday mornings)

Hazlegrove is a thriving South West Co-Educational Prep School with boarding numbers at capacity and waiting lists in a number of years.  Pupil roll is around 360 with 100 full boarders.  Based around an 18th century house and set in 200 acres of parkland, the school enjoys outstanding facilities.  The recent Inspection Report judged the school to be excellent in all areas.

The school is committed to continued improvement, to outstanding teaching, to the moral and spiritual development of its pupils and to a structured and supportive environment with the belief that learning is best achieved when pupils feel appreciated and safe.

We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher of Latin to take lessons on Saturday mornings.  The requirement is to teach Latin to two groups of  Year 7 pupils.  The position is temporary but there is the potential for extension and expansion, depending on the candidate.

The post would suit a qualified teacher or a graduate with Advanced Level Latin.

To apply, please contact the HR Assistant on 01749 814316 or recruitment@hazlegrove.co.uk and request an Application Form.

Closing date: Friday 7th September 2018.
