Variable hours  

Chichester College is seeking to appoint a Laundry Assistant to support the various business activities of the College. 

Initially 10 hours will be available working on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with additional cover hours as and when required. You would ideally have some experience of operating commercial laundry equipment but training will be given. 

The ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team is essential.  The role will include some lifting. Training in safe manual handling techniques will be provided.

Chichester College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, general further education college situated in West Sussex. It is a 16-plus institution with two main sites in Chichester and Pulborough, plus further outreach centres in Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and Worthing. It has links to local employers, most of a small to medium size. 

Chichester College of Arts, Science and Technology, as it was formerly known, opened in 1964. Chichester College has been offering work-based training since 1996. It has approximately 10,897 part-time learners and 3,732 full-time students.
