Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a flexible and hardworking Lead Estates Officer to join our Estates Team at Sheffield Park Academy.

Main duties will be to carry out routine maintenance (internal and external). To inspect, service and tests alarms and to monitor and utilise the Academy’s computerised defect reporting system. To support in providing a clean, safe and secure working and learning environment and to deputise for the Estates Manager around business need.

Hours of work will be on a 2 week rota:

  • Week 1: Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
  • Week 2: Monday-Friday 12:00-8:00pm

Overtime at weekends may also be available when business need arises.

This post is being advertised on a permanent basis subject to a successful probationary period.

Job Specifics:

  • Someone who has previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • The successful applicant must have a driving licence, it would also be desirable for the successful candidate to have the ability to drive a mini bus.
