HARINGEY EDUCATION PARTNERSHIP (HEP) is looking for two Lead Improvement Partners to support member schools and colleges to achieve the highest possible standards.

Haringey Education Partnership is a schools-led company that will provide school improvement advice and services in a new and innovative way.

Working in partnership with member schools, you would be committing to shaping and driving a truly schools-led improvement system, from early years through to post-16 across a diverse range of provision.

Building on an already high-performing schools system and a strong collective ethos, Haringey Education Partnership will go further in empowering and enabling schools to work together to share good practice and to support and hold each other to account on behalf of our children and young people.

We are seeking to engage 2 Lead Improvement Partners to work closely with HEP member schools and colleges to realise the best possible outcomes for children and young people. These roles will all involve developing close working relationships to support and challenge schools and colleges, as well as continuously developing HEP’s core offer and traded services.

Each role will also have a specific focus:
• Standards and strategic priorities
• CPD and partnerships

We are looking to recruit very highly skilled individuals with a track record of successful school improvement across phases and specialisms.
