We are seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to lead our outstanding Learning Supervisor team. The main responsibilities include the line management of the learning supervisor team, the administration of planned cover requirements and providing cover for pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and will be comfortable liaising with teaching staff, support staff and students. Training will be available. The role does not require a teaching qualification, as lesson content will already have been set by a qualified teacher. This position is for up to 6.5 hours a day and 5 days a week
Term time only
Salary: H6 per annum pro rata (range is £22,284-£24,457)
