Are you creative, dynamic, and passionate? We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Lead of STEM with the ability to teach Mathematics at Key Stage 3 – Key Stage 5. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team whose culture and activity are driven by the core belief that every child should achieve their potential.

King Richard School is in Dhekelia, in the Eastern Sovereign Base Area of Cyprus. Located overlooking the Mediterranean, the school serves predominantly children of MOD personnel and members of the local community. The school has around 150 pupils on roll and consistently achieves results at Key Stage 4 that put King Richard School in the top 3% of schools nationally. That is only part of the reason why the school has achieved an Outstanding grading at our last two OFSTED inspections. Community is a major part of our school vision and this offers a depth to our context that is extremely rewarding.

The role will allow you to take ownership for providing leadership and management for STEM Faculty to secure:

  • Commitment and capacity to develop teachers across the faculty and wider school
