Lead Practitioner Pay Range £45,658 - £50,397 Range 4 - 8 Full time hours 

We looking for an outstanding Practitioner with drive, passion, enthusiasm and ambition to Lead on Behaviour Attendance and Standards.

The successful candidate will need the ability to relate to students and adults, as well as experience of working with pupils demonstrating challenging behaviours. Due to expansion within our team this is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has proven experience of good to outstanding school improvement. You will play an integral part in expanding and accelerating the successes of the school to date to ensure we are an outstanding provider of education.

You will need to be committed to ensuring all student needs are effectively met, raising their aspirations, self-esteem and motivation levels so that they can achieve their academic potential.

We are seeking a passionate and caring individual who can demonstrate high levels of initiative, motivation and enthusiasm. You will need to have the ability to work constructively as part of a team, understanding school roles and responsibilities. The ability to relate to students and adults, as well as experience of working with pupils demonstrating challenging behaviours.
