We are looking to recruit an experienced and committed English teacher to join our Lead Practitioner team. This role is suited to someone who has a proven track record of achieving outstanding results and is keen to share their enthusiasm and inspire colleagues and students with their passion for English and Literacy.

Edmonton County School is a multicultural oversubscribed school, which in 2016 achieved a Progress 8 score of +0.23 (above national average). Furthermore, the English Faculty achieved their best ever GCSE results with 75% achieving A*-C grades at GCSE. We are looking for a hardworking professional to join our successful, collaborative and innovative English team to each ~KS3, KS4 and KS5. 

Edmonton County School has a reputation for providing excellent support for staff, through our personalised CPDL programme. We are looking to recruit a committed and creative professional who is keen to contribute to the leadership and development of this programme. The school is in an exciting stage of its development and we welcome applications from people who want to become part of a school committed to high standards and offering all students the opportunities for success.

Edmonton County School is a co-educational, non-denominational, community all-through school in Enfield, Middlesex. The school is split across two campuses, with the primary phase located on Bury Street and the secondary facilities on Great Cambridge Road. There are about 1,687 children aged 4-18 on the school roll, 278 of whom attend the sixth form.
