 The role 

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Key Stage 2 teacher who can lead and develop our team’s skills in the teaching of English? As a lead practitioner, you will take the lead by demonstrating high quality teaching in your own practice and coach and develop other Key Stage 2 teachers to improve their performance, with a particular focus in English. As a senior leader, you will play a role in shaping the school’s direction and future performance.
