The role

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Key Stage 2 teacher who can lead and develop our team’s teaching skills? As a lead practitioner, you will take the lead by demonstrating high quality teaching in your own practice and coach and develop other teachers to improve their performance. As a senior leader, you will play a role in shaping the school’s direction and future performance.

Aston Tower is a popular two-form entry multi-cultural school that serves a community which really values and supports our work.
