An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of a full time Lead Practitioner in Mathematics at The Oxford Academy.  We are a Good school with Outstanding Leadership Management and Professional Development.

Lead Practitioner for Mathematics

We are delighted to be seeking to appoint a dynamic and ambitious candidate to our wider leadership team as a Lead Practitioner in Mathematics. The successful candidate must possess a passion for the subject and be an outstanding classroom practitioner with strong subject expertise and a commitment to raising expectations and attainment. 

You will have experience of leading CPD as the post requires that you work closely with the Head of Mathematics to develop the pedagogy of the team as well as the Headteacher with responsibility for teaching and learning to improve numeracy across the curriculum.
