We have a strong set of values and we care. Teaching and Learning is at the heart of all we do and permeates our culture. That is why Samuel Ward Academy’s latest Ofsted report stated us as 'Outstanding'. We have strong formal links with a number of primary schools, have created a Multi Academy Trust with a primary and secondary free school and have a strong history of effective staff development and training.

This role is ideal for those already experienced as lead practitioners and those who have the desire to become one. • Be innovative, creative and enthusiastic with a determination to achieve the highest outcomes
  • Be able to deliver good to outstanding lessons at KS3, KS4 and potentially A-Level
  • Lead the department in its aims to continually improve results
