Charters School is looking to employ a dynamic and innovative teacher with a passion for mathematics to support the Head of Department in developing teaching and learning across the mathematics department. This is a brand-new post and reflects the importance placed on mathematics education within the school. The responsibilities for this role will be flexible and designed to meet the needs of the team as directed by the Head of Department, but the focus will be based resolutely in applying current research to the classroom, supporting non-specialists to develop their delivery and supporting the wider school teaching and learning group.
