We seek to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic and dynamic Lead Practitioner in Mathematics who can deliver outstanding lessons and lead the development of innovative, creative and outstanding teaching within the Maths Department and supporting the development of Teaching and Learning across the school.

The successful applicant will share our values and play an active part in the Maths curriculum at all levels. You will be able to enthuse and motivate our students with your passion for the subject and your outstanding teaching and presence in the classroom. You will be expected to demonstrate a proven track record of excellent outcomes, high quality teaching and purposeful learning in your current role, and the ability to inspire people successfully.

We gained a judgement of ‘Good’ in our last inspection and the school maintains strong examination performance at KS4. The person appointed will have the ability to inspire staff and students and make further improvements.
