Doha College is a high profile leading British International School in Qatar delivering a well-balanced, all-embracing English National Curriculum to students aged 3-18. The College was also the first High Performance Learning accredited school in the world. With 2,500 students and 350 staff, the school is a vibrant international community which subscribes to equal opportunities for all.
We are now looking to appoint a Lead School Nurse, to start ASAP. The post holder will oversee a high quality of nursing care and be responsible for leading the team of nurses and be the main link between the other departments and agencies within the school. The successful candidate will also play an advisory role in licensing our clinics.
We are a multi-cultural organisation that embraces diversity and provides a friendly and informal work environment.
The ideal candidate would have a sensitive and caring nature, a recognised nursing qualification and some experience working with children/young adults preferably in an educational setting. An administrative background would be an advantage.
This is a permanent position and only candidates with family sponsorship currently residing in Qatar will be considered.
We are a British international school and all of our lessons are taught in English. A high standard of written and spoken English is therefore essential for all positions.
