SIL is committed to deliver exceptional educational outcomes to enable our children and young people to live well in the ever-changing world around them. We embrace working collaboratively and in partnership to transform the life chances of our children and young people.

We are seeking an inspirational strategic leader with a proven track record of school improvement to help us realise our vision.
