This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to the College’s provision for learners with High Needs (Special Educational Needs). This senior non-teaching role will coordinate Educational, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), provide leadership to the teams delivering support, and ensure that learner need is met. They will be responsible for ensuring that Plans are reviewed as required in consultation with the learner, parent/carer, and key professionals and represent the College in tribunals.
This role will involve managing a successful team of Specialists Assessors, in a fast paced environment. We are therefore looking for a highly organised and effective manager, who has the ability to work methodically and accurately under pressure to meet deadlines, as well as having great people skills.
