Torridon Primary School is looking to recruit a committed and motivated teacher who has high expectations and is passionate about children achieving their best. The successful candidate will lead the development of provision for children with autism in our specialist Resource Base and across the school.
Full time permanent position to start February or April 2022.
We are looking for a lead teacher who:
• Has a deep understanding of the principles of inclusion and a demonstrable commitment to inclusive education for all
• Has excellent knowledge of strategies and approaches to support children with Special Educational Needs, including autism
• Is an excellent practitioner with a creative approach
• Has high expectations, vision and motivation to inspire and challenge others
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is a good team member
