Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the British Curriculum, tailored to the needs of the Early Years students
  • Use a range of teaching methods and resources to promote active learning and facilitate student progress
  • Assess and monitor student progress regularly and provide feedback to students and parents
  • Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and promotes positive behaviour
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement cross-curricular activities and events
  • Lead a team of teachers and support staff, providing guidance, support, and direction as required
  • Participate in professional development activities and keep up-to-date with the latest teaching strategies and technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience teaching the British Curriculum at the Early Years level, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience working with Early Years students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
