Job Title: Lead Teacher for Geography 

Grade and Salary: Main Scale/Upper Pay Scale plus TLR 

Working pattern: Full time 

Contract term: Permanent

Start date: January 2022, or earlier if possible 


The role:

An exciting opportunity have arisen to join our Geography Department at The Manor Academy as a Lead Teacher. You will be responsible for inspiring students through your passion for teaching and for driving and maintaining a high standard of results through working with the Head of Humanities and Head of Geography. The role may teach across Key Stages 3, 4 & 5. 


The person:

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, resourceful and keen to ensure that the highest possible standards of pupil achievement, personal development and well-being are achieved. The post would suit an experienced teacher with excellent subject knowledge, a willingness to learn and a passion for teaching.
